    First off to the woman who wrote the review mad that they didn't change their website for their 4th of July hours. Seriously?! The 4th of July is a national holiday celebrating the birth of our nation, OF COURSE a government building is going to be closed. Don't be mad at the tax collector's office because you didn't think. They have early and late hours multiple days of the week, and they are open on Saturdays. This is well above and beyond other DMVs/tax collector offices. This one is friendly and well organized. Every time I have gone I've been greeted by the front desk woman who is smiling and friendly. They give you a ticket, and then you go sit down. They have multiple boards so its well communicated who they are serving and who is next. I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes before it was my turn. The staff have always been willing to do whatever it takes to help sort out whatever issue I'm having. They try hard to get you in and out quickly without feeling cattle called or rushed.

    Nice of Pasco County's tax collector office to post on their website that they would be closed July 1-4. NOT!!! You had a lot of angry people waiting outside July 1 believing you would be open per your website. Instead a random note was put on the window instead. Always dropping the ball Pasco !!

    Compared to other DMVs, this place is efficient and accommodating. The ticket system used for sorting needs and calling people forward is top of the line, and the number of available stations is many many more than I've ever experienced. At times, though, one does have to wait. I recommend avoiding the end of the month, as people are in there paying various bills and the line is longer. Facilities are clean, well maintained, and contain up-to-date technology.

    It's usually super busy at this location, but they get to you in a reasonable amount of time. The location is convenient.
